Chardonnay 2021

Our home vineyard Chardonnay coats the palate with notes of canned peach, Asian pear, and Honeycrisp apple. It’s refreshing, with a velvety texture and notes of candied orange, lemon meringue pie, and crème brûlée. A hint of lime zest carries the long finish.

A structured and opulent Syrah with aromas of blackberry, stewed cherry, white pepper, smoked meat and savoury preserves. Red fruit, vanilla and butterscotch notes join on the palate, adding complexity. A hint of dried, crushed mint graces the finish.

The fresh acidity in this full-bodied red make it perfect with braised lamb shanks, a buffalo burger, or a T-bone steak on the barbeque.

Meritage 2018

A complex, vivid wine of deep ruby hue, bursting with notes of black currant, raspberry, cherry, and blackberry. Hints of violet, clove, oak, leather, vanilla and baking spices add layers and depth, while the firm, supple tannins are balanced by fresh acidity.

Only our best lots are selected for this voluptuous blend of traditional Bordeaux grape varieties, led by Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon, and supported by Cabernet Franc, Malbec and Petit Verdot.

Serve this beguiling beauty with roast beef, grilled lamb chops, Osso Buco, or aged, hard cheeses. Unfiltered, will contain sediment. Cellaring until 2026 – 2030 will increase your reward.

Meritage 2019

Attractive black currant, blackberry and cherry aromas waft from this generously fruited, luxuriously textured wine. Light florals, along with notes of licorice, sweet baking spice, vanilla and caramel lend further interest and linger persistently.

Serve with a grilled T-Bone steak and crisp, butter-fried mushrooms, braised short ribs with savoury risotto, spiced beef tenderloin, or eggplant Parmesan.

Cabernet Sauvignon 2019

Intense black currant, blackberry, cherry, violet and spice aromas abound from this complex, harmonious wine. Appetizing acidity and a full texture create structure, while notes of small dark berry fruit, toasty oak, florals and herbs add intrigue and persist on the finish.

It pairs perfectly with rib eye steak, wild game, mushroom pizza, or dark chocolate cake.

This Cab is sourced from the Harfman family vineyards on the Osoyoos East bench, a property ending with the U.S. border fence – as far South as possible and benefiting from the moderating influence of Osoyoos Lake. This allows maximum ripeness in this Cabernet Sauvignon vineyard, which was established in 1999.

We only produce a varietal Cabernet Sauvignon in excellent vintages; the last Cabernet produced was 2016.
